This week, I'm taking a break from the soil health series and spotlighting one of my favorite eco-friendly products to recently hit the U.S. equestrian market - the Mud Control Grid manufactured by HAHN Plastics. These grids, like every product made by HAHN, are manufactured from 100% recycled plastic, including some of the more difficult types of plastic to recycle (like plastic film). While the use of recycled plastic is noteworthy of itself, equally important is that these grids work, and boy do they work. I've tested them out in some of the most challenging mud situations on horse properties across the country, and have yet to see a situation where they failed to work as advertised. Don't believe me?
