Equestrian Estate at Ama Estancia -- Pedasi, Panama
Sustainable Stables partnered with IM/KM Design, a New York based architectural firm, to assist with master site planning and barn design for a private equestrian estate situated along hundreds of acres of beautiful Pacific Ocean coastline near Pedasi, Panama. The open courtyard-style barn concept captures the cooling breezes coming off the Pacific. The barn includes two emergency stalls, tack room, and attached small turn-out paddock, along with an open run-in shed that allows the horses to be kept together as a herd. Sustainable Stables also assisted with procurement of stable supplies, including stalls, fans, recycled rubber paver flooring, and fencing for the project.
